Horizon Within Psychotherapy functions as part of Skerrett Psychology Professional Corporation, with all appointments and administrative tasks handled via Skerrett Psychology's JaneApp platform.

2. Not a Crisis Service

This website and its contents do not provide crisis support or emergency mental health services. If you are in a mental health crisis or in immediate distress, please call emergency services (911), text or call 988 (Suicide Crisis Helpline), or visit the nearest emergency room.

3. Website Content — Not Clinical Advice

The content on this website, including blog posts, resources, tools, and other materials, is intended solely for general informational use. It does not substitute for professional psychotherapy, psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this website creates a therapist-client relationship.

A therapeutic relationship is created solely through a formal intake and a signed client agreement.

All materials on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and resources, belong to Horizon Within Psychotherapy and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content without prior written approval is prohibited.

5. Booking and Appointments

All appointments are scheduled and managed via Skerrett Psychology's JaneApp platform. Details on cancellation and late arrival policies, along with session fees, are provided in your client agreement. Horizon Within Psychotherapy may decline or suspend services if deemed clinically or ethically necessary.

Our website links to external sites or platforms. We do not oversee these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or terms. Providing a link does not mean we endorse them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Horizon Within Psychotherapy and its affiliated professionals are not legally liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, that may result from using this website or relying on its information, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
