6. When We May Share Your Information

Your information is kept strictly confidential. There are limited exceptions in which disclosure may be required or permitted by law, including:

When you provide explicit written consent
When there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to yourself or another person

When required by our professional regulatory bodies (CRPO)
When consulting with a supervisor for the purpose of providing safe and ethical care (in accordance with our supervisory arrangement through Skerrett Psychology — all supervisory consultations are conducted with your privacy protected)

Clinical records are retained for at least 10 years from the date of the last service (or until a minor client reaches age 28), in accordance with CRPO and PHIPA requirements. After this period, records are securely destroyed.
