Sim holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a registered member of the CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario) and CCPA (Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association).

In his practice, Sim applies evidence-based modalities, including Solution Focus Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, towards emotional regulation, self-development, anxiety and stress management. Fluent in Hindi, he offers effective communication and cultural sensitivity for a diverse clientele.
